WIMO (World International Mathematical Olympiad) 02.01.2021 was held on 2020. Only the gold medalists from the finals of three other Asian competitions - TIMO (Thailand International Mathematical Olympiad) are allowed to participate in the competition; HKIMO (Hong Kong International Mathematical Olympiad) and BBB (BIG BAY BEI).
Martina Ilieva from 4th b grade at Pythagoras Primary School was admitted to participate after winning:
1) the Second runner-up cup for absolute third place in the final of TIMO, to which she was admitted after winning the cup for World Champion in the qualifying round and
2) First runner up cup for absolute second place in the final of HKIMO, to which she was admitted after winning the cup for World Champion in the qualifying round.
Martina managed to win the first and only for Bulgaria Cup World Champion of the Tournament of Champions.
Sara Ilieva from 7B grade in the First Private Mathematical High School was admitted to participate after winning:
1) gold medal from the TIMO final and
2) World Champion Cup for absolute first place in the final of HKIMO, to which she was admitted after winning the World Champion Cup in qualifying.
